Hardin Hills Health Center experienced a Cluster outbreak of COVID-19 on 3 halls on Wednesday November 25.
According to a release the 3 halls were isolated off from the remainder of the residents.
Currently, all residents and staff are stable; but if the need arises, they have partnered with Ohio Health Hospitals for availability to admit anyone clinically needed to a COVID – 19 unit.
The Kenton-Hardin County Health Department has provided guidance along with the State Epidemiologist.
All residents and resident representatives were notified of the Coronavirus (COVID – 19) situation.
Families have electronic access to their loved one’s chart through “SafeKeeping”.
They are able to see pertinent new information as it is happening.
