The recent sixth session of Hardin Leadership was titled “Leading from Within – Ethics and Challenges.”
The session was facilitated by Dennis Burns, Chief Deputy for the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office and Jesse Purcell, HR Generalist for Durez Corporation.
Participants delved into the importance of personal ethics in leadership behaviors and learned how to challenge their own thinking.
By applying leadership techniques, they discovered new ways to lead themselves and others to achieve impactful results.
