Hardin SWCD Holding Election for Two Supervisors

The Hardin Soil and Water Conservation District announces their 73rd Anniversary, but due to Covid-19 the meeting has been canceled for Thursday, August 20, 2020.

The Ohio Soil and Water Commission will cause an election for two supervisors of the Hardin SWCD board, in accordance with Chapter 940.04 of the Ohio Revised Code.

All voters may vote absentee now through August 20th. You may call and request a ballot at 419-673-0456, Ext. 3, or via email at hardinswcd@outlook.com or call to schedule a time to come to Hardin SWCD office at 12751 St. Rt. 309 W, Kenton to cast your ballot.

There are 3 candidates running for 2 positions.

The candidates are Shannon Allmon of Taylor Creek Township, Incumbent; Jerry McBride of Washington Township and Trent Watkins of Pleasant Township.
