HMH Hosting Flag Raising Ceremony to Honor Local Organ and Tissue Donors

The month of April is National Donate Life Month and OhioHealth Hardin Memorial Hospital and Lifeline of Ohio are hosting a flag raising ceremony to honor local organ and tissue donors and their families who have helped save lives. 

The ceremony will be held this Friday April 19 at 1:30pm at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Kenton.

There will be a pinwheel garden to honor and represent a donor who received care at Hardin Memorial Hospital. 

According to Lifeline of Ohio, 445 lives were saved by organ and tissue donors in 2023.
