HN 3rd Grade Students Research Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade

3rd Grade students at Hardin Northern have been researching The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade this past week.

They applied their findings to both their reading and social studies curriculum. 

As part of their research they have teamed up with the school’s art class in a Project Based Learning project to bring their own “Balloons on Broadway” to Hardin Northern. 

The students worked hard to display a parade of floats and balloons to the other elementary classes.
