Hardin Northern FFA hosted their Annual Elementary Ag Day this past Monday.

Kindergarten-6th grade students at Hardin Northern were able to spend their day on the Crooks Family Farm learning about various agriculture topics, which were presented by the high school FFA members.

Elementary students were able to see and pet rabbits, chickens, horses, goats, sheep, piglets, dogs, and beef cattle.

Also on site were various agriculture machines; tractors, a combine and a crop duster helicopter flown in from the Denny Hensel farm.

The day on the farm was wrapped up with a calf roping demonstration by Wyatt Daniels, which was a highlight for many of the elementary students.

HN FFA members enjoyed their day teaching and sharing their agriculture knowledge with the younger students.
