Hardin Northern College Credit Plus American History students introduced 3rd grade students to various historical characters by presenting themselves as a Living Wax Museum.
High school students picked a variety of personalities to present from the pirate Blackbeard to the football coach Pop Warner.
In between these extremes were Susan B. Anthony, Harriet Tubman, Annie Oakley, Babe Ruth, and John D. Rockefeller.
The 3rd grade students formed groups and visited each Wax Museum figure as they presented their background and then could pose questions.
The students were able to both share what they were learning and share the experience of learning through living history.
