The last days of in-person absentee/early voting hours for the 2023 August 8th Special Election are:
7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday, July 31, 2023
7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 1, 2023
7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, August 2, 3 and 4, 2023
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday, August 5, 2023
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, August 6, 2023
There will be no voting on Monday, August 7, 2023 (per H.B. 458)
To vote by mail you may call the Hardin County Board of Elections office at 419.674.2211 and an application request will be mailed to you, or you can print off an application online at: Absentee_Request_11-A.pdf (ohio.gov).
In-Person Absentee/Early voting will end at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 6, 2023. Absentee voting is in the Board of Elections office in the basement of the courthouse. After 5:00 p.m. and weekends, use the south entrance of the courthouse.
Applications for absentee ballots to be sent by mail must be received in the Board of Elections office by 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 1, 2023. All mailed absentee ballots must be in the Board of Elections office by 7:30 p.m. on Election Day, August 8, 2023.
