Services for Jesse Baker will be private. The Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton is assisting the family with arrangements.

He died on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at The Hardin Memorial Hospital ER. He was born on October 16, 1943 in Hardin County to the late Frank and Mary Jane (Montgomery) Baker. On January 23, 1961 he married Linda Miller and she survives in Ada.

Also surviving are 4 sons; Troy Baker of Ada, Rodney Baker of Ada, Chris (Lisa) Baker of Bellefonatine, Lance Baker of Kenton, 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by 3 sisters; Pat Johnson, Marie Moore, LaVonda Shertzer, and a brother; Tony Baker.

Jesse worked for General Dynamics in Lima before his retirement.

He was a member of the Hardin County Coon Hunters Club.

Jesse enjoyed camping, remodeling houses and tinkering around with whatever he could get his hands on.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Alzheimer’s Association.
