John Sheehan, 78, of Kenton and formerly of Gloucester, Massachusetts, passed away at 10:02 p.m., Friday, July 24, 2020, at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus. John was born in Gloucester, Massachusetts on September 10, 1941. He married Kaarin Robinson on September 12, 1995 and she survives. John is also survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law; Judd Robinson of Kenton, Fred (Sue) Robinson of Folsom, PA, Valkyrie
(Richard) Putnam of Lima, Hilma Ries of Kenton and numerous nieces and nephews. John was a fisherman by trade. He was a kind and compassionate person who loved children and animals, especially his cats, Lilly and Angel. John was also an avid sports fan and enjoyed following the Patriots, Bruins, Celtics and Red Sox. He also enjoyed country and gospel music. A homecoming will take place in Gloucester, Massachusetts at a later date. The family asks that in memory of John that you please perform an act of kindness towards others.
