Funeral services for Judith Brown will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 at the Price-McElroy Funeral Home in Kenton with Minister Blake Kenner officiating. Burial will follow at Grove Cemetery. Friends and family may visit from 3:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Monday, July 20 2020 at the funeral home.

She died on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She was born on July 7, 1943 in Kalamazoo, Michigan and is the daughter of the late Richard Randall “Doug” and Vera Marie (Holycross) Clark. On February 3, 1979 she married Jerry A. Brown and he preceded her in death on November 23, 1987.

Surviving are a daughter; Cindy Barlup of Columbus, a son; Brian (Jennifer) Barlup of Bexley, a sister-in-law; Wilma Clark of Kenton, 4 grandchildren; Morgan A. Burris, Macy M. Liles, Marlee S. Liles, James Edward Barlup, 2 great-grandchildren; Maddox A. Coleman, Madelyn M. Powell and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Robert R. “Bud” Clark, Robert A. “Bobby” Clark, a sister; Patricia “Patty” Holland and a niece; Brandy Clark Howard.

Judy worked for Rockwell International for 30 years before retiring.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Kenton.

Judy enjoyed cooking and gardening her flowers. She was an avid animal lover,  she especially loved her dog Molly. She loved her family, and loved to spend time with her grandchildren. Judy had a unique sense of humor and never had a problem telling it like it was. She will be greatly missed by those that knew her.
