Jury Finds Radabaugh Guilty on Seven Charges, Including Two Counts of Aggravated Murder

A jury convicted a man on seven charges following a murder trial that lasted around a week and half in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.

Hayden Radabaugh was arrested over two years ago in connection to the death of Fostoria resident Robert B. Mays.

The body of the 29 year old Mays was discovered July 7, 2021 on a rural road in Buck Township where he was pronounced dead.

Radabaugh was convicted on two counts of aggravated murder, two counts of aggravated robbery, all with firearm three year specifications, one count of having weapons under disability, one count of improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle and one count of tampering with evidence

The jury deliberated around five and a half hours and returned the guilty verdicts at around 4:30 Thursday afternoon.

Radabaugh will be sentenced on Tuesday December 19 in Hardin County Common Pleas Court.
