Kenton 8th grade volleyball falls to Defiance 2 – 0 in WBL Tournament

The Kenton Wildcats drew the #4 seed Defiance Bulldogs in the 1st round of the WBL tournament. The Wildcats played a competive game but Defiance capitalized on Kenton mistakes and won sets 1 and 2 13-25.
Lauryn Newman served 4 points, Aubrey Kavanaugh and Bryann Ulrich served 3 points, Grace Morris and Addie Hites served 2 points and Kendra Lightner served 1 point.
Kenton now plays Van Wert in the losers bracket.
