Kenton 8th grade volleyball falls to Waynesfield-Goshen 2 – 0

The Kenton Wildcats completed their regular season at Waynesfield last night.  Kenton played another competitive 1st set.  With the score tied 23-23, Waynesfield found 2 service points to win 23-25.  In Set 2, the Wildcats fell behind and couldn’t make up the deficit, losing 14-25.

Kendra Lightner served 7 points, Grace Morris 5 points, Lauryn Newman 3 points, Bryann Ulrich, Addie Hites, and Glendy Ical Caal each served a point.

The Kenton 8th grade team travels to Bath on Saturday for the WBL tournament.  They play at 10am against Defiance.
