Kenton Beats Benjamin Logan in Boys Basketball Tuesday Night

The Kenton Boys Varsity Basketball team defeated Ben Logan 52-40.

The Wildcats got off to a fast start as Tyson Lawrence hit three 3 pointers in the first period. Lawrence and Jarrett Jolliff ended the night with 11 points each. Both Colby Quay and Gavin Payne ended the night in double digits as well with 10 a piece. Gunnar Stout had 5 points, Kooper Johnston had 3 points and Trevor Robinson rounded out the scoring with 2 points.

The Kenton Boys JV team also won by a score of 40-18.

The Varsity Wildcats are now 1-1 and the JV WIldcats are 2-0.

This Friday evening they will take on Elida in the KHS gymnasium.

JV tip off is 6pm. Saturday, the Wildcats travel to Riverdale.

The freshman start at 4:30 followed by the JV then the varsity.
