In last night’s Kenton Board of Education meeting Superintendent Jennifer Penczarski said the superintendents around the region as well as herself are awaiting a guidance document from the state for what face to face instruction in August will look like and hopefully with the guidance document coming soon the planning can begin.
The Board also approved the purchase of 1,210 Chromebooks for grades 3-7 and 9-11 for $396,400 as well as a maintenance program for the said Chromebooks that is $30,150
There will be a special virtual meeting for approving fall supplemental contracts on June 25th at 7 P.M.
The next regular Kenton Board of Education meeting will be held on July 20th at 7 P.M.
