Kenton City Council Approves Appropriations

Last night the Kenton city council approved an ordinance for $117,000 worth of additional transfers.

The ordinance allows for $1,450 of additional appropriations for quarry supplies and swimming pool equipment maintenance.

Detroit street will remain closed until the trunk line is finished.

A water shut off will be scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday night it will be live streamed on the city of kenton facebook page

Mayor Lynn Webb also urged citizens to remain patient with the new trash and recycling system and also reminded citizens to please compact their recycling and only recycle one and twos.

The next meeting of the Kenton City Council will be held on  Monday August 24th at 7 P.M.
