Kenton Downtown Revitalization Plan Informational Meeting Scheduled

An informational meeting to discuss the Kenton Downtown Revitalization Plan is scheduled for 4pm Monday June 10 in Veteran’s Hall at the Hardin County Courthouse.

The Downtown Revitalization Plan prioritizes capital improvements in the downtown. Currently, the City of Kenton and the Hardin County Chamber and Business Alliance are undergoing a planning and design process for needed sewer, water and stormwater infrastructure upgrades within a nine-block area downtown.

Those attending the meeting will  learn more about the history of the project, current planning, funding and design efforts and what to expect during Phase I construction, which will begin this fall.
