A Kenton girl’s work to raise money for a good cause paid off.
Steena Dudek set up a stand last week selling lemonade and cookies to the public.
The stand was set up at the Kenton Church of the Nazarene, and after a day of sales, a total of just over $4500 was raised.
The proceeds will go to the Kenton City Schools lunch program.
