Phillip Wallace
A Kenton man was arrested and a female was cited after an incident in Kenton Tuesday evening.
According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, officers were dispatched to the area of Moriah Drive and Halevy Lane at just before 7 Tuesday evening to investigate a report of a male with a gun.
When officers arrived, they learned the male and female had fled into a nearby woods and were trespassing.
The male was identified as 38 year old Phillip Wallace, who had a warrant for his arrest out of the Kenton Police Department.
Wallace and the female were located a short time later, but they fled from law enforcement on a four wheeler.
The female eventually jumped off of the four wheeler and surrendered.
Canine Christo was eventually deployed and assisted with the apprehension of Wallace.
He was arrested on the warrant and was also charged with Failure To Comply With An Order Or Signal Of A Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, and Criminal Trespassing.
The female, identified as Billie Orich, was charged with Criminal Trespassing.
