Kenton Man Facing Cruelty to Animals, Domestic Violence Charges

A Kenton man was arrested Tuesday afternoon after Kenton police were called to investigate a report of animal cruelty.

 

According to the report, officers arrived at the residence in the 200 block of West Letson, where they were told by a woman that her husband had killed a family dog and injured another one.

 

The woman also said that he allegedly threatened her.

 

Upon further investigation, 23 year old Scott Fulmer was arrested and is facing charges of cruelty to animals and domestic violence.
