Kenton Police Department News

A Kenton man was arrested following an incident that occurred this past Sunday night.

According to the Kenton Police Department report, officers were dispatched to the 400 block of West Carrol Street in reference to a man outside with a gun.

At the scene, 50 year old Ronald Wolford was arrested on a charge of using weapons while intoxicated.

several weapons, including a rifle and a shotgun, were collected as evidence.

Several propane tanks were stolen from a business in Kenton over the Memorial Day weekend.

According to the report from the Kenton Police Department, officers responded to Kenton Fuel Mart at 311 South Main Street to investigate the incident.

11 propane tanks with a total value of $550 were stolen from the business sometime since this past Friday.

No suspects were listed on the report.
