Kenton Police Department Responds to Multiple Incidents on Wednesday

Officers from the Kenton Police Department handled a property damage accident in the 1200 block of South Main Street Wednesday morning.

A semi operated by Dana L. Leyda, of Kensington, Ohio, struck a Hardin County Sheriff’s Office cruiser resulting in light damage and no injuries.

Leyda was cited for a marked lanes violation.

Officers served notices to destroy weeds and grass and/or remove junk at properties in the 300 and 400 blocks of East Columbus Street and 200 block of West Espy Sreet.

On Wednesday afternoon, Gaspav Tevlan, of Kenton, was cited for a marked lanes violation and for not having an operator’s license.

Officers were also called Wednesday evening to a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of North High Street.

Michael Mullins, of that address, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and disrupting public services.
