A candidate for Athletic Director for Kenton City Schools will be voted on by the Board of Education at Tuesday night’s meeting.

The Board will vote on whether to approve a two year contract for Brett Purcell at a rate of $72,000 per year.

The Kenton resident has served as the A.D. for Waynesfield-Goshen Schools for the past seven years.

Purcell would replace Joey Day, who resigned last month to take the Athletic Director’s position for the Marysville School District.

The Kenton Board will meet Tuesday evening starting at 7 in the Administration Building.
