Two people, including a Kenton teenager, were arrested following a traffic stop in Bellefontaine Wednesday night.
WPKO Radio reported that a car was stopped on North Main Street for having a headlight out.
The car was being driven by 18 year old Tanner Walls, of East Liberty.
A search was conducted, and deputies found seven items of drug paraphernalia and suspected heroin.
Two passengers, 19 Kylee Baker, of Kenton, and 19 year old Anthony Hites, of LaRue, were arrested for possession of drug abuse instruments.
Walls was cited for operating a vehicle with one headlight.
