Kenton Woman Issued Summons for Allegedly Fabricating Rape Report

A Kenton woman was issued a summons after police were called to an apartment in the 900 block of Meadow Lane Thursday afternoon to speak to a reported rape victim.

The alleged victim was transported to the hospital, and an investigation was launched.

According to the report, officers were able to determine that the reporting person fabricated the incident.

The suspect, identified as 34 year old Audrey Bailey, was issued a summons for falsification.
