KES Conducting Emergency Safety Exercise

Kenton Elementary School will be conducting an Emergency Safety Exercise tomorrow. 

The drill will take place in the morning and students and staff will be informed over the PA system what steps to take. 

This will not be a drill involving an evacuation from the building. 

During the time of the drill, there will be signs posted on the main entrance that state that there is a “Drill in Progress. No one in or out”.

Although this may cause some inconvenience, these types of drills are necessary in order to be more prepared in an actual emergency.
