Over 100 students and 30 Hardin County businesses recently participated in a Power Pace Speed Interview event at the Kenton High School.
The event was a good experience for students entering the workforce, college, and military.
The students participated in multiple one-on-one interviews with employers who were on site to complete interviews, evaluate the students on their interview performance and provide feedback for improvement.
The interviews were arranged by the Midwest Regional Educational Service Center’s 3E or Employed, Enlisted or Enrolled initiative.
