The Kidney4Keckler Benefit is set to take place this Saturday, November 2nd from 12pm until 5pm at the Kenton Moose Family Center.
Heath Keckler was born with kidney disease and in 2013, he received a kidney transplant from his sister, but, unfortunately, it is time for a new one. Heath is currently seeking a living donor who matches his blood and tissue type.
To simplify the process for potential donors, his family is organizing a benefit to raise funds for travel expenses to and from the Cleveland Clinic for both donors and their family during this extensive journey.
Heath and his family have faced many challenges recently and are grateful for any support you can provide.
They are inviting the community to join them for a cruise-in event, with cars and bikes, for a minimum of $10 donation.
Awards will be given for the best bike and car in the show.
The Kenton Moose Family Center is located at 801 W. Lima Street in Kenton.
