A Kenton man is facing charges after an incident that was reported to Kenton police Thursday.

According to the report, officers were called to the 900 block of Lick Street in reference to criminal trespassing.

At the scene, 66 year old James Rosebrook was issued a summons for criminal trespassing.

He is scheduled to be in Hardin County Municipal Court July 13.

A Kenton resident reported being the victim of an assault Thursday.

According to the Kenton Police Department report, the 21 year old man went to the police department and said he was assaulted while at the Scioto Village apartment complex.

After an investigation, 25 year old Kevin Klausing was issued a summons for assault.

He is scheduled to be in Hardin County Municipal Court July 16.
