Large Extended Family Gatherings for Thanksgiving Being Discouraged

Officials are advising residents preparing for Thanksgiving next week about the dangers of the spread of COVID-19 in extended family gatherings.

 

While that is a holiday tradition, officials say you may want to reconsider it this year.

 

Speaking from her home in Cedarville Thursday during Gov. DeWine’s press conference, Ohio First Lady Fran DeWine said that will include her family.

 

At the press conference yesterday, Gov. DeWine said with a vaccine on the horizon, the end of the pandemic is in sight.
