Lima Police Department Looking for Information on Shooting

The Lima Police Department is seeking information surrounding a shooting south of downtown Lima that occurred Wednesday evening.

According to an article from hometown stations in Lima, Officers responded to the area of Main and Eureka streets around 9 p.m. in reference to shots fired. Officers were unable to locate a victim or evidence of a shooting.

Later, police received word that a shooting victim was brought to a local hospital. The 25-year-old victim sustained non-threatening gunshot wounds to his leg.
