A suspect was arrested following a robbery and pursuit in Findlay on Thanksgiving Day.
According to a release from the Findlay Police Department, officers were dispatched to Bellstores at 1215 West Main Cross Street in reference to a fight in the parking lot.
The suspect attempted to steal a vehicle, and a brief fight occurred when the owner attempted to stop him
When officers arrived, the suspect fled in the stolen vehicle and the pursuit was initiated, which travelled north on I-75 and reached speeds of up to 100 miles an hour.
The vehicle eventually developed mechanical issues and stopped just south of North Baltimore, where the suspect, identified as Brent Alan Stoychoff, of Findlay, was arrested and transported to the Hancock County Justice Center.
He is facing multiple charges including robbery.
