Man Arrested for Domestic Violence in Wyandot County

A Mansfield man was arrested following a domestic violence situation that occurred in a vehicle.

According to the report from the Wyandot County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were dispatched to County Highway 182, just west of County Highway 128, where they found the vehicle parked at an angle just off the roadway.

The female victim claims her ex-boyfriend struck her in the face, hit the windshield and then grabbed the steering wheel causing the vehicle to travel sideways.

The victim stated that she would sign domestic violence charges, and deputies arrested Dominic Roberts.

He was taken to the Wyandot County Jail and is being held without bail pending a court appearance.
