Man Arrested Thursday on Multiple Rape Charges

A rural Kenton man was arrested yesterday on multiple rape and other charges.

51 year old Brian H. Richardson was arrested by Hardin County Sheriff’s Deputies and is being held on 18 counts of rape with the victim less than 13, 11 counts of rape- drug victim, two counts of kidnapping- engage in sexual activity, three counts of sexual battery, one count of gross sexual imposition- force and two counts of gross sexual imposition- statutory.

Hardin County Sheriff Keith Everhart would only say that this involves two new cases and two older cases involving Richardson, but no other information about the case is being released.

Richardson is being held on the charges and is awaiting a date for an initial appearance in Court.
