A man who was facing an eight count indictment after being arrested following a pursuit with Kenton Police officers in October, changed his pleas on three of the counts.
18 year old Brad Jacques Jr. was in Hardin County Common Pleas Court this week where he pleaded guilty to grand theft of a motor vehicle, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and vandalism.
The charges stem from the incident in October where police pursued a vehicle which had been reported stolen in the area of Springbrook Apartments.
The pursuit ended after the vehicle crashed near the Kenton High School.
Jacques and an unidentified juvenile exited the vehicle but were apprehended after a foot pursuit.
Jacques will be sentenced on January 12, 2024.
