Man Facing Multiple Charges After Theft Investigation in Marion County

The theft of a $30,000 lawn tractor led to the arrest of a man in Marion County on Thursday.

According to a release from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, an investigation led to a search warrant being served in the 6300 block of Marion-Marysville Road where additional evidence, information and additional stolen property was gathered and collected.

Deputies were then able to recover the lawn tractor at another location.

Arrested as a result of the incident was 35 year old Syrus Saxton.

He has been charged with breaking and entering and felony theft.
