Man Injured in Lawn Mower/Pickup Truck Crash in Logan County

A West Liberty man was injured in a Logan County crash involving a lawn mower and pickup truck late Tuesday morning.
According to the Logan County Sheriff’s Office report, 86 year old Joel Lehman pulled from a mailbox on the northside of State Route 245 and traveled into the eastbound lane where the lawn mower was struck by a pickup being operated by 73 year old Terry Hart, of Conover, Ohio.
Lehman was transported by helicopter to Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton for treatment of suspected serious injuries.
Hart was not injured.
Lehman was cited for failing to yield.
