Man Injured in Rollover Crash in Dunkirk

One person was injured in a rollover crash that occurred this (Monday) afternoon in Dunkirk.

According to information from the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office at the scene, a car driven by Eddie Scott, was southbound in the 100 block of South Main Street, drifted to right and struck a parked car.

Scott lost control of the car due to a mechanical failure caused by the crash, and his car spun and ended up overturning.

It came to rest on its top in the southbound lane of travel.

Scott was transported to Hardin Memorial Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
