Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash on Labor Day in Marion

A motorcycle accident in Marion claimed the life of a Marion man over the Labor Day weekend.

According to a release from the Marion Post of the Ohio State Patrol, 28 year old Joshua T. Richards was riding the motorcycle north on State Street when a car driven by 65 year old Debra D. Six pulled into his path from East Farming Street.

Richards was transported to Marion General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Six was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
