Child Abduction Response Team training is being held this week in Marion County.
The training was hosted by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office.
CART, which is a nationally recognized program emphasizes identifying staffing, offering training and locating equipment and other
resources that can be brought together during a crisis.
In the event of a child abduction, CART offers assistance to the local agency.
This training is being attended this week by several agencies from across the Midwest.
