A grand jury in Marion County returned indictments against three men on drug charges.
The Marion Star reported that 53 year old Donald E. Hurrell, 44 year old Patrick W. Kepler and 36 year old Jonathon M. Klaiber, all of New Bloomington, were indicted on to counts of illegal assembly of chemicals to manufacture methamphetamine, which are felonies of the second degree.
The charges were filed late last week following an investigation in April at a residence in the 400 block of South Washington Street in Marion.
