Marion Palace Theatre Posts Holiday Hours

Marion, OH— The Marion Palace Theatre recently announced its holiday box office hours for patrons to purchase tickets.

Normal box office hours are 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

In observance of Thanksgiving holiday, offices will be closed on Wednesday, November 27 through Friday, November 29 and reopen for Small Business Saturday on November 30 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. Small Business Saturday is a day dedicated to the Shop Small movement to drive shoppers to local merchants across the U.S.

Tickets are available for purchase to the following upcoming main stage events: the annual holiday production “Christmas at the Palace” directed by Clare Cooke (Dec 6, 7, 8), a holiday concert with Lisa Rock in A Carpenters Christmas (Dec 15), the family-friendly animal show Popovich Comedy Pet Theatre (Jan 26), 70s classic-rock band Tommy James and the Shondells (Feb 14), a junior Palace Production of “Robin Hood and His Merry Men” directed by Emily Yaksic (Feb 21, 22, 23), the musical comedy “Nunsense II” directed by Kristi Wink (Apr 3, 4), the queen of Christian Pop Amy Grant (Apr 18), and legendary rockers Jefferson Starship (May 2).

Patrons who visit the box office on Saturday, November 30 will also have the opportunity to purchase Marquee Light-Bulb Ornaments for $10 and the book, “A Theatre History of Marion, Ohio – John Eberson’s Palace & Beyond,” which sells for $21.99.

During box office hours, patrons may also purchase gift certificates, enroll in upcoming Palace Academy of the Arts classes, become a PCAA Member, or make an end of year contribution. As a 501c3, your gift to the Palace Theatre is tax deductible as allowable by IRS code.
