Mary Lou Johnson-Hardin County District Library is holding a ‘Poem for a Pretzel’ event from August 5th through August 17th.
Patrons of all ages can stop at the library in Kenton and recite a poem for circulation staff in exchange for a chocolate covered pretzel.
There is a limit of one pretzel per person per day. Repeat opportunists should recite a new poem each day.
The goal of this program is to increase patronage and joy in the library.
