Marysville Police Report Recent Drug Take Back Day was a Success

The Marysville Police Department reported that this past Saturday’s Drug Take Back Day was a big success.

From just the Walmart collection area and the drop box located inside the Marysville Municipal Court Building, they were able to take in  220 pounds of unwanted prescription medicine.

As a reminder, prescription medication drop boxes are located throughout Union County. 

Citizens are encouraged to use those locations to get rid of your unused and unwanted prescription medication throughout the year.

The citizens of Marysville and Union County were thanked for their continued support during the Drug Take Back Initiative.
