Mercy Health President to Share About Her Health Care Journey at Bluffton University

BLUFFTON, Ohio— Ronda K. Lehman, president, Mercy Health Lima, will share “My Leadership Journey in Health Care,” during Bluffton University’s Presidential Leadership Forum at 11 a.m. on Jan. 14 in Yoder Recital Hall.

Lehman will reflect on experiences and challenges in the health care marketplace.

Named president of Mercy Health’s Lima Market in September, Lehman has served the Lima community as a member of Mercy Health since 1995, when she began as a pharmacy intern. Prior to her current role she served as president of Mercy Health – St. Rita’s Medical Center.

In 2014, Lehman obtained her fellow status with the American College of Health Care Executives.
