Mt. Victory Woman Injured in Union County Crash

A Mt. Victory woman was treated for minor injuries after a crash early Thursday morning on State Route 31 in Union County.

According to the report from the Union County Sheriff’s Office, 52 year old Ann Levingston lost control of her vehicle after she swerved to avoid hitting a rabbit while driving south on 31.

The vehicle struck a guardrail resulting in disabling damage.

Levingston was treated at the scene by personnel from Northwest EMS.

She was cited for failing to maintain reasonable control.
