National Roundabouts Week will be observed today through Friday.
According to the Federal Highway Administration, roundabouts can reduce injury and fatal crashes by an average of 82% at intersections where they are installed.
The Ohio Department of Transportation District 1, which includes Hardin County, will share information throughout this week regarding the effectiveness of local roundabouts.
