Richwood Woman Issued Summons Following Traffic Stop
A Richwood woman was charged following a traffic stop on Tuesday night.
According to the Kenton Police Department report, officers stopped a car in the 300 block of South Wayne Street for a traffic violation.
A search of the vehicle was conducted, and officers found several drug abuse items, which were confiscated.
33 year old Jennifer Lowery was issued a summons for possessing drug abuse instruments.
