* Until 845 PM EDT.

* At 811 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Upper Sandusky, moving east at 80 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

  Upper Sandusky and Morral around 815 PM EDT.
  Marion and Bucyrus around 820 PM EDT.
  Galion around 825 PM EDT.
  Crestline around 830 PM EDT.
